• Has been applying the Integral Model in his own life and work since the early 90s.  In 2004 he attended the first one week Integral Institute seminar in Colorado on Integral Sustainability and Ecology. 
• Discovered the power of meditation in the early 90s.  The Integral Model was the map Steve had been looking for that integrates western psychology with the meditative schools in one “spectrum of consciousness”.

Steve has worked as a leadership consultant, coach and seminar leader with a range of private and public sector organisations, including: Alcoa Europe, Capita Learning & Development, Ordnance Survey, Parcelforce Worldwide, PKF, Metro Safety, NHS Argyle & Clyde, Women On Top, DFID, Trinity Hospice.
